The purpose of this Site is to provide educational materials related to certain genetic conditions as well as resources related to such conditions. This site is addressed to patients and caregivers located in the United States seeking such materials and resources. AmbitCare does not provide any health care treatment services related to health or other genetic concerns. Through the Site, you also have the ability to request to connect with an AmbitCare “Ambassador” for assistance with obtaining content tailored to specific resources. An AmbitCare Ambassador may be contacted by phone, or email, or through the survey supplied directly through our Site. The survey asks for certain information to provide specific Ambit resources which may include health information. You may choose what information You share through the Site.
